Sometimes you want to go home and have a quick easy meal. So, this is our cheat day recipe but still sort of healthy.
1 package Tofu
1 package frozen vegetables
1/2 of orange tofu sauce
Take 1 package of tofu and cut into cubes. Drop 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil into a pan. Turn the gas onto high and stir the tofu occasionally. It should eventually turn from the white tofu to crispy tofu that you see in the second picture. This might be about 20 minutes or more. When this occurs, add a bag of frozen vegetables. Let it cook for a bit and add the orange tofu sauce. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. And, that is it. You have yourself dinner that is enough for two for dinner or lunch.
