2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds
6 Cloves of Garlic Minced
4 Roma Tomatoes – chopped
1 Large Onion, minced
2 Tablespoons of Mixed Cilantro
2 tablespoons of Shahi Paneer Masala
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 cup of milk.
1 Instant Pot.
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees. In the mean time, cut up the cauliflower into separate florets. Spray the florets with olive oil spray. Add the cauliflower into the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until it is cooked and slightly charred.
Heat up the olive oil in the instant pot. Add in the mustard seed, cumin when the olive oil has become hot. Then, add garlic. After minced garlic has been sauteed, add the minced onions. Once the onions have softened, add the turmeric and coriander powder. Add the chopped tomatoes into the pan until they are cooked.
Mix the milk and shahi paneer masala and heat it up in a microwave for 30 seconds. Add, the mixture to the instant pot pan.
Close the Instapot with all of the ingredients with the exception of cauliflower and turn it on for 5 minutes at high pressure setting.
When the five minutes are completed, add the cauliflower and mix it together!!!
