I have to be a doctor for a second and let everyone know why? So, my apologies in advance.

  • Decrease the likelihood of cancer, pain, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders and so on.
  • Increase energy, testosterone (men), mental health, overall health.
  • Benefits of weight loss is clear:
    • Research is clear about foods that cause damage to your health and foods that might be helpful.
  • So, why don’t we use that research to our advantage?
