Korean BBQ with Tempeh and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages of tempeh
  2. 1 korean bbq sauce
  3. 1 package of pre-sliced baby bella mushrooms
  4. 1 package of white mushrooms

    1. Slice the tempeh as shown above.

    2. Setup the instant pot to steam the tempeh for 10 minutes

4. Add the BBQ sauce on both sides of tempeh and lay it on a oven ready pan. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees and place it in the oven for 15 minutes once the oven is pre-heated.

5. Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a pan.

6. Add the mushrooms to the pan

7. Let the mushrooms cook until they are brown or all of the water has evaporated.

8. Add desired amount of BBQ sauce to the mushrooms.

9. Take the BBQ temeph out of the oven after 15 minutes.

10. Mix the tempeh and the mushrooms together.

11. You are ready to eat!!!
