  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray the broccoli with the cooking oil. Roast broccoli in the oven until lightly browned and crispy. This should take about 25-30 minutes.
  2. While the oven is preheating, prepare your sauce by combining the ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, white portions of the green onions, and mirin together. Add salt and crushed red pepper to taste. The longer the sauce marinates, the better!
  3. Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a nonstick pan on medium high heat. Place the cubed tofu on the pan and allow to crisp up. I generally place the tofu on the pan and don’t touch it for 5-6 minutes. Then I flip and let it cook on the opposite side for another 5-6 minutes. Once all the sides seem golden and crispy, you can turn the heat off.
  4. Add the roasted broccoli to the pan with the tofu and stir in the sauce. Taste and add salt or red pepper to achieve desired taste.
  5. Serve in a large bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and the remaining green onions. You can add a squeeze of lime juice for that extra freshness.
